By offering these services to local and national lending institutions, home owners and valuation providers, Melvin and Tiffany have effectively expanded their market knowledge and are consistently the ‘go-to’ couple for property valuations, BPO’s, and REO marketing and transaction management. As trained and experienced Loss Mitigation Consultants for numerous national mortgage lenders they consistently and effectively assist families in avoiding foreclosure through loan work out programs, modifications and successful short sales.

Melvin and Tiffany are passionate about helping people achieve and maintain the American dream of homeownership. They are continually attending educational seminars, earning designations, and staying abreast of market conditions in order to offer their clients and business partners the highest level of service, professionalism, and integrity.

Just this year Melvin and Tiffany were selected, after a nationwide search, to participate in a professional blogger panel for the Young Professionals Network of Realtor.org (the website for the National Association of Realtors).

Tiffany is a business partner/member of River Ridge Elementary School Council and Melvin was recently selected and appointed to the Associate Leadership Council of Keller Williams Realty.
